Jeremy joined the family business to help modernize its marketing and overall business strategies. He had many ideas but didn’t have the time to implement these. Starting with Email Marketing we focused on proper segmenting, automation, and targeted messages. The goal was to send the right emails, to the right people at exactly the right time.

Proper segmenting was a big part of these results. A simple segment example was saving customers date of purchase to automate future promotional emails around that date every year. We assumed it was an anniversary gift.
